Supported Platforms

After installing the client agent software, double click the icon icon at the bottom right corner, select Call Control and then type netsupport.a3communications.com in the area below the server name.

Now you can request remote support service by clicking the Request Help menu under Commands, or contact us to have a technician connect your PC directly.

Linux Requirements (Coming Soon!)

The NetSupport Manager Linux client supports at the time of release, SuSE, Red Hat / Enterprise and Fedora distributions.

Mac Requirements (Coming Soon!)

NetSupport Manager client compatible with MAC OSX and carries Mac Universal certification.

Solaris Requirements (Coming Soon!)

The Solaris OS release is available for SUN SPARC systems.
