Account Manager

Engineering
Network Engineer (Microsoft)
A3 Communications, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Certified Engineer (MSCE) with a
minimum of (3) to (5) years Microsoft experience. Candidates should be certified
on Microsoft 2003, 2007 products and have experience with Active Directory.
Position responsibilities include: strategic project implementations and rollouts;
scope of work development; server design, installation, troubleshooting and support;
identifying and troubleshooting other PC and network related problems; and creating/maintaining
network documentation.
Network Engineer (Cisco)
A3 Communications, Inc. is seeking a Cisco Certified Engineer. The required skills
for this position include Wide Area Networking (WAN) skills, configuration, installation
and troubleshooting CISCO equipment. The preferred canidate should posses a minimum
of (3) to (5) years of Wide Area Networking (WAN) experience with a strong hands-on
background with CISCO equipment (routers, switches, etc.). The preferred candiate
should also possess CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP certifications.
Cabling
Cable Technician
Candidates will be responsible for the installation and termination of horizontal
and backbone cabling systems. This may consist of category 3, category 5e, category
6, optical fiber, coaxial cable and Outside Plant cable. The position may involve
one or more installation crews and assist in the testing of wiring and cable plant
for voice, data, and video applications. Candidates should have the ability to trouble
shoot and install analog and digital line (fax machine, telephone, multi line telephones,
multi media converters and line sharing devices utilizing one pair cross connect
wire). Candidates must also possess experience with EIA/TIA cabling standards, as
well as experience with installation and termination of copper, twiste pair, outside
plant cable and multi and single mode fiber optic cable; or equivalent combination
of education, experience and certification. Lead techs must have proven experience
in leading crews and the ability to estimate. Lead techs must also possess CAD or
similar experience.
