February 2008 -- Monroe, NC
Union Power Cooperative is an electric distribution cooperative headquartered in Monroe, North Carolina that provides electricity and energy-related services to over 63,000 members. They are one of the largest and fastest growing cooperatives in North Carolina, adding more than 400 new members each month. A3 Communications goal is to outfit them with the latest in surveillance equipment to allow monitoring of their cable yard and to ensure the security of equipment trucks when entering and exiting the facility. Union Power Coop is taking a proactive approach to deter theft of their transformers, copper and equipment trucks. A3 Communications also installed internal Axis cameras to ensure the safety of employees and monitor traffic throughout the Oakboro, North Carolina office.

November 2007 -- McCormick, SC
Hickory Knob State Resort Park covers 1,091 acres alongside Strom Thurmond Lake in South Carolina's Savannah Lake region. As the only resort park in the state park system, Hickory Knob offers outstanding recreational opportunities which include a beautiful 18-hole championship golf course, trails for hiking, walking and biking; tennis courts, and facilities for archery and skeet shooting. The resort offers a full-service restaurant and meeting facilities and more than 70 lodge rooms. Hickory Knob awarded A3 Communications the opportunity to provide a comprehensive Avaya IP Office system with DuVoice integration into hotel management software. The solution, now completed, includes over 140 phones comprised of 100 guest rooms, 20 offices, 15 resident rooms and 5 clubhouse phones.
October 2007 -- Columbia, SC
The Columbia Housing Authority is recognized as one of the best housing authorities in the nation and has been providing quality housing for residents of Columbia, Cayce and Richland County since 1934. A3 Communications has installed Avaya IP Office solutions for the CHA headquarters and their remote locations throughout the Columbia area. The corporate office is now equipped to utilize PRI with DID to enable direct dial interoffice. This new installation, completed in December, is helping the Housing Authority to operate more efficiently and better serve the needs of Columbias' residents.

School District 5 of Lexington & Richland Counties has awarded a multi-year contract to A3 Communications to provide comprehensive security systems for all 20 schools across the District. A3 has completed installation of Axis IP Security Cameras and S2 Access Control Units for every school in the District. The district is now equipped with a cost effective solution that will help deter vandalism and ensure the safety of staff and students. With 20 schools and a total of 255 cameras the school district is now equipped with 24/7 transmission of real-time images over the internet. The security surveillance and remote monitoring of playgrounds, halls, classrooms and parking lots is helping School District 5 provide a more protected environment for all.

A3 COMMUNICATIONS INC renews Advanced Wireless LAN in USA.
A3 Communications, Inc has been officially renewed as an Advanced Wireless LAN partner in USA. A3 Communications, Inc has again met the resource requirements for an Adavanced Wireless LAN and has continued to demonstrate that it is qualified to sell, install and support customers with their Adavanced Wireless LAN in USA. A3 Communications, Inc will continue to be recognized for this specialization in the Cisco Partner Locator.

June 2007 -- Bennettsville, SC
A3 Communications has completed installation of AVAYA’s Enterprise-class Communication Manager 4.0 and Call Center for Marley Engineered Products, an SPX Company, located in Bennettsville, South Carolina. The Bennettsville installation followed a successful rollout of an Avaya S8300 Communications Manager IPT solution in Shanghai, China. The system in Bennettsville includes an Avaya S8500 Media Server, G650 Media Gateway, INTUITY Audix LX Voice Mail and Avaya Call Center CC Intro with BCMR desktop real-time reporting and eCAS for historical reporting. A3 deployed 148 IP Phones, 48 analog phones, and 4 PRI circuits for Marley.
Integration with Lotus Notes provides unified messaging for voice mail and faxing. Avaya IP Softphone offers mobility for 12 laptop users via Wi-Fi connectivity.
June 2007 -- Myrtle Beach, SC

The South Carolina Heart Center is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. In 2001 A3 Communications installed a 400-port Mitel Axxess system at the Columbia facility, followed shortly by 4 additional Axxess systems in branch locations around the state of South Carolina. The Heart Center has now upgraded their system to version 9.1, enabling them to take advantage of many new features available in Mitel Enterprise Voice Processing and Call Processing. Having experienced the new features and productivity improvements, officials at the Heart Center are now considering further upgrades to include Call Center recording and Mitlel IP soft phones.
